What should be paid attention to when installing the sealing device of the hydraulic system?

1. Do not pull the o-ring of the equipment to the extent of long-term deformation, and do not roll the equipment, otherwise oil leakage may occur due to deformation.

2. When Y-shaped and V-shaped sealing rings of equipment are used, pay attention to the equipment direction to avoid oil leakage due to equipment. The lip of the Y-shaped seal ring shall face the pressure oil chamber; In addition, the Yx seal ring should distinguish between the shaft and the hole, and the equipment should not be incorrect. V-shaped seal ring is composed of support ring, seal ring and pressure ring with different shapes. When pressing the seal ring, the backup ring can shape and seal the seal ring. When pressing the equipment, the opening of the seal ring should face the pressure oil chamber; When adjusting the pressure ring, it should be confined within the range of no oil leakage and should not be pressed too tightly to avoid excessive sealing resistance.

3. If the sealing equipment is matched with the sliding surface, a proper amount of hydraulic oil shall be applied during assembly.

4. After disassembly, replace the O-ring and dust ring with new ones.
