1. Usually check whether the fasteners of the commodity, such as screws, are loose, and check whether the device pipeline interface is leaking oil.

2. Check the oil seal cleaning. Clean the oil seal frequently to prevent affecting the service life of the machine.

3. After the first operation is 500 hours, replace the hydraulic oil. The replacement cycle of hydraulic oil is 2000 hours, and that of Z with air filter is 500 hours.

4. In order to optimize the service life Z of hydraulic components, please replace the hydraulic oil and filter regularly. Hydraulic pollution is the main factor of hydraulic component damage. During normal maintenance and repair, please adhere to hydraulic oil cleaning.

5. In normal use, check whether the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank meets the requirements, and check the water content of the hydraulic oil and whether there is abnormal smell. When the hydraulic oil contains water, the oil is turbid or milky, or there are water droplets at the bottom of the oil tank. If the oil has odor, it indicates that the operating temperature of hydraulic oil is too high. When the above conditions occur, please replace the hydraulic oil immediately to find out the factors that cause the problem and deal with them. Usually pay attention to check whether the vehicle leaks.

6. During test run and operation, it is necessary to fill the axial piston pump element with hydraulic oil and exhaust air. After a long period of shutdown, oil filling and venting operations are required, because the system may drain oil through the hydraulic pipeline.

7. If the pollution causes fatal damage to the hydraulic components, ensure that the working environment for maintenance and repair is cleaned. Clean the pump or motor completely before starting maintenance or repair.
