Operation and Maintenance of Hydraulic Pump Station

The hydraulic pump station, also known as the hydraulic station, is an independent hydraulic equipment. It supplies oil according to the requirements of the driving equipment (main machine), and controls the direction, pressure and flow of the fluid flow. It is applicable to various hydraulic machinery that can be separated from the main machine and hydraulic equipment. Do you know how to use and maintain it? Here are some points:

(1) Operating conditions. The ambient temperature is planned to be - 20~80 ℃, and the high temperature Z of continuous operation should not exceed 60 ℃. The oil temperature should be checked frequently during operation, and the liquid level thermometer should be touched and checked. If the oil temperature rises abnormally, it may be composed of the following conditions:

① Oil quality deteriorates and resistance increases:

② The oil tank has small volume, slow heat emission and no cooling equipment;

③ The dirt inside the element is blocked, and the pressure loss is too large.

(2) The hydraulic oil in the oil tank shall be kept at a normal level. The oil tank shall be cleaned frequently. The oil shall be injected from the oil filler of the air filter. After a month of formal operation of the hydraulic station, the oil tank shall be cleaned and the hydraulic oil shall be replaced. After half a year of operation, the hydraulic oil shall be replaced once again. In the future, the hydraulic oil shall be replaced once a year.

(3) The oil suction filter and pressure oil filter of the pump shall be cleaned regularly according to the application. If they are blocked, the pump may be turbid and damaged.

(4) If a hydraulic part is damaged, it can be replaced at any time. When replacing the hydraulic valve, pay attention to different slide valve functions, and do not make mistakes.

(5) In case of system failure, check in operation state is prohibited.
